I bought this dryer when it first came out because it seemed to be the best option at my local Lowes in PA, and it had already started getting may positive reviews online. We put the second load in and immediately it began making a metal on metal scraping sound at one spot during the rotation. Lowes said they would send someone to fix it. Dries, Steams, and Sanitizes! Does it all!

The unique thing is that It has a moisture sensor inside the dryer that can tell if the clothes are dry or not. So, if you want to make sure it is dry, you can set it to more dry. Broken in less than 2 years

I purchased this product when it first came out in 2023 for $800 with a warranty. Now, less than 2 years later, I have been told the drum is oval, not round any longer and causing an awful scraping sound. I now have to pay $1200 to replace it with the same model. I have a house full of Samsung products, and they have great tech, but the quality is lacking.

Poor Lowes Service

The purchase took three hours, the staffing at the store is poor, they had a crowd of people waiting for hours to get the orders started, One person handling the crowd taking dryers out trying to process request for Lowes Credit Card for possible 20% discount second employee just standing aroundnot helping customers. Badly designed, noisy, expensive junk

Just got this dryer with the matching washing machine today. Washing machine works great, with 5.5 cubic foot capacity you can wash large loads, the issue is that you can’t dry large loads in this matching dryer! Anything more than half a load and it grinds and squeaks. Looking on the Samsung website it’s a common enough problem to be mentioned in their troubleshooting guide. A couple of things, make sure you have the correct type of 210 outlet, don't skimp on hoses and make sure you have the correct type of exhaust tube, this is very important to making sure the dryer operates correctly. Doesn't dry well

Recently purchased this dryer. I ignored the reviews warning about damp clothes and now here I am. This dryer has yet to completely dry a load of laundry. No matter the settings or size of the load, I'm always having to put clothes back in the dryer.
