When in Spin cycle, it shuts down or starts the wa
After 3 years (just 2 of us and we only live in the house 4 months a year) the drum during the spin cycle shakes violently and shuts down. I redistribute clothes again and again and it doesnt help. The machine will then just start over and fill the tub back up with water and run a full wash again- so frustrating!

Worst washer, no help from manufacturers to fix it
This is the absolute worst washing machine. Replaced the shocks for the drum a couple of months ago since It’s wasn’t balancing…I spoke with a representative they had me realign it and it still didn’t work that’s why we replaced the springs….. washer can’t balance itself even with 5 items in it….. ur error code then it just fills and empties all day long never able to get balance no matter if it’s 2 tee shirts or a blanket…. I've seen a lot of bad reviews on this and don't understand them! Zero complaints from me about unbalanced loads, or anything else. Large capacity, cleans well, is pretty darn efficient from what I can tell, etc.

As many others have mentioned, the unbalanced setting is a SERIOUS issue. I've had loads that took all day, apparently filling up and draining a dozen times, trying to balance themselves. I've also had to resort to drip drying water logged items on the fence. And the spin only cycle is not a spin only cycle. It fills back up with water, for some very very confusing reason. I don't understand how this washer design made to production. If you put more than about a 1/4 of the tub capacity worth of clothes, it doesn't agitate the load. Forget it if you put top and bottom queen size sheets in the wash at the same time. I'm so happy to be replacing this washing machine with a new one today!

Do not ever buy this washer
We have had this washer for only 2 years and for the last 6 months it continuously gets off balance with small to medium loads. It then continuously fills with water and drains. Even on a spin only cycle. This has 3xd our water bill monthly on this washer alone. It takes over 3 hours to do a simple load of laundry. I have never been more frustrated with an appliance and it is frustrating to have spent money on something that ends up costing you more. Do not buy!!!!!
