Looks nice, but doesn't keep the weather out

I bought this door based on price and reviews of similar models. The main issue is the build quality. While the door itself is solid, the fit into the enclosure is not. There is a lot of play while the door is on the track, plus the weatherstripping (or lack thereof) is highly ineffective. The door leaked within a week, after the first rain. It doesn't matter if it is a light rain or a downpour, the weather stripping is too thin might as well not even be there. Water gets through and is visible ...

Overall...after buying 5 sets!

Changed a screened porch and instead of Windows I chose these doors. Lacking instruction on adjustments, rough openings were all 72x 80, should be less each door was slightly off, had to use fillers to take up inch or more each side. i had to retap the handles ( 10/24 tap size) due to paint/finish. My wife and I installed all 5, now making final adjustments. They left out two screws for receivers? Overall, theses doors are well made, heavy as heck, need to lift out sliding door to install frame ...

Good price value , mfg quality control was lacking

Product is designed well with required features allowing door to work as designed. Was ordered with no grid. Heavy duty screen on the outside , special order, is made well. Door can open from left or right, was mfg for us to open on right looking from ext. Interior simulated light Oak looks good but some cuts on the vinyl around the glass could fit better. Reliabilt atrium 332 slider

I purchased 2 of these sliders from my local lowes in holland MI and had the lowes installer put them in.Now we are 10 months in and one of them is falling apart.The metal track and rollers are shredding each other and metal shavings are all over the place ! On my floor and the glass and the door track is full of them.Thank goodness that it happened during the last month of warranty because soon the rollers would be gone.The installer was kinda rude too ! Defective from the start

Bought door for my daughter and her husband and I were going to install. First thing we found was that the door had no parts box Which was the handles, etc. went back to local Lowe’s and we actually got a hard time from Phil as he thought we trying to pull a fast one. Easy install!

Picked up door from local Lowes...: if I had anything negative to say, I’d say it’s heavy, and would definitely bring at least on other person with you if you plan to pick it up yourself. As for the door itself, it installed very easy, and I had to swap sides since I wanted my door to open from the left instead of the right, which was also very easy. Good Value, Not easy to reverse to make Right Hand

Door is a little stiff in moving back and forth. Was complicated in trying to reverse the door, it seemed to do that would cause seems that were calked to be weather tight to have those seal broken and possibly cause future moisture problems.

The French Doors I Never Had

I have always wanted French Doors, however my house was not big enough. Well this is the next best thing, I call it my sliding French Door. I love it, it slides so smoothly, blocks out a lot of noise and stays pretty cool when the afternoon sun beats down on it. Brightens up the room. Energy Star I love it and I think that anyone purchasing a sliding patio would be happy with this one. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Just love it!!!

screen door

Installed today, 06.18.2020. Screen will not slide due to stationary door has a seperation on the top and bottom. The screen door gets stuck. Also, just had a thunder storm and the track where the door slides had water in it. I will be contacting the company for a replacement.

Don't waste your money

We purchased this door in April of 2013. We have had to have the slider portion of the door replaced twice already because the frame has cracked. It's poorly designed and continues to have the same problem again for the third time. The stop for the slider is also damaged now. I would invest in a much nicer, higher quality door the next time. Very, very disappointed in the quality of this door. A door should last more than a year.
