I have the stick free coated top which does stick and it comes off in the food contaminating it. You have to use plastic tools since metal will scratch the surface. The griddle melts the tools which further contaminates the food. I don't want to cook with it any more since I know it is putting really harmful plastics in the food. I want to change the top to steel without the coating but they don't have it. I already replaced it once since the coating was coming off. I don't recommend this gr...

All good so far. Purchased yesterday , assembly took about 2 hrs with a second set of hands. Some instructions were a bit vague in a few spots but all in all not to bad. Used it for breakfast this morning did a great job cooking bacon, sausage, hash browns and eggs. Looking forward to using the smoker.

MAX FLAME IS MINIMAL
AFTER ALL BURNERS ON MAX FOR OVER 20-30 MINUTES, THE FLAME ON THE BURNERS IS SO LOW THE GRILL WILL NOT EXCEED 375 DEGREES. WE WANTED TO COOK A RIBEYE ON THE GRILL TODAY, BUT THE FLAMES ARE TOO LOW TO CREATE AN ACCEPTABLE HEAT SURFACE. WE WILL CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS TO WHY THE FLAME IS SO LOW WHILE ON MAX. MEANWHILE, WE ARE BACK TO THE STOVETOP TODAY.

Not bad
Seems to work so far. Wish the foil for the grease tray was easier to come by locally, and the other big things after the 3rd cook... One of the blue lights already doesn't work .... This thing is heavy and I don't want to have to return it over this small things to exchange.

Good product, flimsy metal
I bought this griddle because of the ceramic cook top. Much easier to clean. For the price though, I feel the metal frame is extremely thin and flimsy. Mine came bent in two different places. I was able to straighten back out and still assemble the product, just feel like for the price I shouldn’t have to do this. Overall I enjoy cooking on this thing.
