This door looks nice and I like the roll down screen for better airflow thru our home. However, it took a professional 3 hours to install. Yes I hired an actual contractor and it took three hours for them to install this door. Good thing I didn't attempt this myself. Also, it doesn't fully seal so there are air gaps and I have to use a towel to block those and not lose all the AC or heat of the front door is open. This door seemed like a good choice and I had no problems for a whole 6 months. First the "stoppers" on the top/moveable sash fell off and landed inside the frame. I put them back on and they stayed for a short time. The next time I noticed they were missing, I could not find them in the frame. They were gone. Nice doors wretched instructions

These overall seem like well made doors. Very attractive and solid. Unlike some other reviewers, I actually did receive both the doors and the door handles so that was great. However, the instructions for these doors are really not great. They seem overly complicated and yet unclear. Example 1 is the template for drilling holes for the handle. Handle IS included......

The handle is included BUT, it is shipped separately, so if you are missing your handle, go back to Lowes. It may be out in the warehouse. As for the door, I like it. The roll-screen latches fine..... after I removed the clip that holds it in place during shipping. Thought I had a stuck screen at first....... and is a lot easier than removing the screen, installing the glass, and visa versa during season changes. Attractive, but won't protect against the sun.

I really wanted to love this door, but unfortunately it doesn't live up to its advertised promises related to sun protection. I have a fiberglass front door that has been protected by gel stain and urethane and every couple years I have to sand and restain it because the East rising sun keeps making the door fade, peel, and flake despite a roof overhang protecting it from getting too much sun before it gets overhead and is no longer a factor. Beautiful Door, pitiful Lowe's Cus Svc

I love this door, it's more beautiful than the photo & the easy-closing function works great. The door gets 5+ stars. Don't expect a call back when promised

Purchasing the storm door was a pleasant enogh experience. Actually getting it installed was the worst consumer experience I've ever had. I had to call the store no less than 5 times to get scheduled after the measurements were taken. I kept getting told someone would call me back to schedule and it never happened. Nice door, fiddly installation

Installation: This door was just what I was hoping for, and miraculously, fit exactly and installed without any extra trips to the store for more hardware or modifications. I will say, it took longer than the 60 minutes install that the package claims, but this is my first door installation, and it still only took about 2 hours, with my 11 year old helping. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Received the door & got almost all the way thru installation when realized the door handle was no where to be found. On the box the door came in it said pckg 1 of 2, & we never received the pckg 2 with the door handle. Expensive, but decent door, closers cheap

Overall the door is well made and easy to install with basic tools. Looked good upon completion, but the one gripe I have is the closers are noisy like a $89 storm door! Why? Replaced them with HD Wright closers and the door is silent like expected for the price paid. I have installed hundreds of storm doors in my career and was really taken back by the corner cut on this door.
