Good choice

Our fridge died. ☠️. On Saturday night. We scrambled to get coolers and ice. Sunday morning we're in Lowe's. We're looking for our perfect fridge. We can't get that one for a month 🙄. After reading some of the reviews, I was a little nervous about whether this would be a good purchase. In desperate need for a refrigerator after my 22 year old name brand one quit running, I came across this white Midea 18 cubic ft. refrigerator and quickly purchased it to get delivery within days. I am absolutely surprised at how nice it actually is and extremely quiet! Worst customer service

They cancelled my delivery on the morning when it was scheduled to be delivered. I requested an AM delivery window for the rescheduled time. But instead, they delivered the refrigerator at 2:30 p.m., and it came damaged. I Had to take time out from work to receive the delivery. Total dumpster juice service. I cancelled my order and reordered a different refrigerator from Best Buy, which provided me with excellent service, and I got the delivery time I needed.

RUDE DELIVERY PERSONS

They were going to leave my Dads new refrigerator on the porch my dad finally got them to bring it into the house and they were going to leave it there. My Dad is 79 with a heart condition . My Dad had to force them to put it into the kitchen. So mad that my Dad was treated that way.

The door won't stay open while you're looking, the freezer doesn't work properly....I had a time trying to get them to come out and it's still not working! Lowe's didn't tell me I only had two days to return it if I didn't use Lowe's charge. Please if you see this fridge RUN!!!!!!very disappointed with Lowe's.

Great Garage Fridge

This is a great garage fridge. It's basic and simple. No ice maker. No water dispenser. There are 2 drawers and 2 adjustable shelves. If the freezer was on the bottom it would get 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Paid extra to have ny old refrigerator removed. They didn't have room so rescheduled but they still have nit picked back up. I need a refund or someone to contact me about picking up.

called midea to resolve after tech came to fix and still not fixed and there solution is to send the samw tech back again this is food We have in the freezer its expensive.
