I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH MY FRIDGE AND THE SERVICE THE YOUNG MEN PROVIDED WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE FACT THAT LOWES CHANGED THE DELIVERY TIME MORE THAN ONCE AND I WAS WITHOUT A FRIDGE FOR A WEEK.

Great refrigerator

We just purchased the Midea 14 cu. ft. refrigerator two weeks ago for our garage. Cools efficiently, runs quietly and has plenty of space for a garage refrigerator. The vegetable drawer was cracked when the refrigerator arrived; however, Midea's customer service was very helpful with getting a replacement. A new drawer arrived within a few days of filing the claim.

Worth every penny

Great replacement for when the old fridge dies. Well-built, with sturdy shelves & drawers. A little slow to fully cool though (up to 24 hours). Still worth the (affordable) investment.

Stopped working after 6 months

Stopped working after 6 months. Midea customer service was super unhelpful, rude, and gave me the run around for a month before offering to exchange instead of repair. The exchange process was super complicated and required Lowes higher ups to process. Every step of the process took weeks.

really bad delivery service. reluctant to carry up stairs despite my telling them it would fit. three prior refrigerators have been hauled up to the apartment over the years. and haul away has been uneventful...but not with lowes. several crews could not do it. really poor.

I bought this refrigerator 2 and a half weeks ago. I got it home, and plugged it in. It came on, but didn't blow cold air.
