I’ve used this drill to mix concrete, stucco, and thinset in a 5 gallon bucket, using a spiral paddle. Originally I thought I’d need to use the plug in power adapter, but the batteries easily kept up with my demand. I like the metal chuck. Powers through wood with auger bits. Great tool with plenty of power but have not used hammer yet. The biggest advantage of the 36-volt tool over my 18s is it does the work with power to spare (does not get hot in the tool or battery during tasks that tax my DS18DBFL).
