Didn't Even Work for One Cycle

First use, Washer filled up with water & then stopped. Couldn't pause cycle or get the lid to unlock. Finally unplugged to get the lid open. Tried drain cycle & all other cycles. Only got flashing lights. After trying to troubleshoot for 4 hours I called Lowes to schedule a return. I siphoned water out of washer into buckets. I have to acknowledge though that person on phone for return was really nice & helpful. No problem on getting a return pickup scheduled.

Just awful!

And that stupid lid lock will not let you see what is going on and if you pause it you have to start over. I thought this was supposed to be efficient and it is not.
