The washer must be level, with all four feet in firm contact with the floor, to prevent the load from becoming unbalanced, which leads to excessive noise and vibration during the spin cycle.
Check: Try to rock the washer diagonally; if it rocks, it needs to be leveled. You can use your phone to level household appliances.
Drain Pan: If using a drain pan, the leveling legs may need adjustment to raise the machine's height.

Within owning this washer less than a month it stopped working. Lowe's return policy doesn't allow returns or exchanges after 48 hours. A repair man had to be called and he replaced the tub.
