Don't buy it

Waited for weeks for this to arrive. Stove was dropped upon delivery. grass torn up in yard, got it hooked up & it's 50 degrees in here with this running all day & night. I paid $1600 for this & $80 for delivery it should be warmer than 50 degrees. The walls weren't on properly spent all day trying to fix them & that got it up to 60 degrees in the house but that still isn't acceptable. The stove is all scratched up. It's taking up to 3-4 bags of pellets per day & not warming even the living room...

Waste of money

ive had this stove for 2 seasons now, the first year it ran fine. trying to run it for the first time this season i noticed that the ignitor had shorted out as well as a safety capacitor on the board blew out and broke a trace line on the board as well. replacement boards are $400 so i bought a kit and replaced the capacitor and fixed the trace. 3 months later the new ignitor shorted again and this time i replaced with oem. that one lasted 2 months. we just had a week long cold snap and on the l...

Multi error codes

To many surprise problems. Built cheap. And fans are to small. Unit has to be unplugged to run after some error codes. Side panels always off. Exhaust blower is small for the stove and will stall or stop, causing error codes. My cabins is in the rockies, wouldn't recommend if your remote, or not a handy person. 1st one I had came in fork lift damage. 2nd (replacement) showed no signs of damage but the top was severely dented. Purchased Nov. 2024 worked great for the 24-25 winter. Started it up this year and it worked for about a month until it caught the pellets on fire in the hopper in the middle of the night. Nonstop error codes

I love how quiet this stove is, and it heats nicely when it will stay running, but it is constantly powering off and giving error codes, specifically E6 pops up literally every day. It is supposedly because it is overheating, but it is only set to 68, so I’m unsure how it would overheat after 10 minutes of running. Been a good stove and I have 2 of them.

So I bought two of these right before last winter and got them installed, one in our bedroom and one for our upstairs. The bedroom one runs very little because it is heating a smaller area but our upstairs one is heating an 1800 Sqft area and is on all the time. Master forge 3000sq feet

I bought this two weeks ago and today when turning it off to clean it the hopper with pellets got so hot they caught fire. It is made out of sheet metal and I believe not enough to insulate the pellets in the hopper to keep from burning. Will be retuning and getting my money back.
