So I older that piece online and waiting for it and eventually come up bent shower look like someone use it before and return it so I refuse to take it and they gave me another piece from inside and this is only the one they have it actually look like someone repainted and you can feel it when you touch me it’s a rough touching summer spots is rough some others smooth but I have to get it because I demolished my old one so I have to put it on because I have one bath at home, Home never do online...

Showed up scratched

Shower pan showed up damaged. We don’t have time to send it back so we just have to use it scratched with flaking enamel. It was shipped with very little protection. If ordering this product, leave yourself plenty of time to swap it out with the assumption that it will arrive with damage.

Drain design is horrible

I’ve been installing these for many years never have I run across one that you can’t put a brass drain onto and have the snap and screen fit. Also I’ve never seen a drain that has raised ridges on it. No other drain will fit it and if you try to find any screen to fit it, nothing fits. They supply a PVC drain anybody doing plumbing knows use brass so I bought a brass drain and installed it but guess what?no screen will fit it who uses PVC that cracks especially one without a nut to tighten it. Porcelain Started flacking off.

The porcelain flakes off 2 days after the install. Lowe's will do a return. but I'd need to tear tile out, remove the shower door, remove the pan and reinstall everything. I'm done with big box stores cheap made products.

Easy store pick up

Gave 4 stars for easy and quick store pick up. Have not opened box to review product at this time.

No instructions

There are no instructions anywhere. Nothing in the main box or the drain box and nothing on the MAAX website at all. The only thing on the Lowe's website is no help at all with the drain. You would think there would be a video on the company website and/or a place to download a POF of the instruction. NOTHING. Very frustrating.

False information

Under the overview, it states that this includes the chrome square grid and drain included. The box that the base came in states chrome square grid and drain included. Guess what - neither were in the box! Called Lowes three times, due to be hung up on the first two and was told this model doesn't come with these pieces. Do not understand why I was told that when overview and box states that they do! Very disappointed with Lowe's on this one.

Perfect fit

I was retrofitting where a bathtub was removed. It was a perfect fit (32" x 60"). It took 2 trips to Lowes, as the first one was damaged. I opened the 2nd one at Lowes, even though the Lowes employee was hesitant for me to do that, and it was in good shape. Peace of mind for both of us. Like others say, the drain cover does not fit snug to the opening, however it does work well. I am thinking of possibly sealing around the perimeter to enclose it better, but this may also stop me from bein...

I do not know how durable this product will be but we bought it because we had to replace a fiberglass tray that cracked. Look it over very carefully because we had to return one for damage in two places. When we went back to find one that was not damaged, we had to go to two different stores and search through multiple boxes to find a tray with the least damage. The factory blames it on Lowes but who knows. It is the only tray that fits the shower that I picked out. By the way, a 4 pc kit does ...
