I have never had buyer's remorse as much as getting this appliance. I will start with the good points. I washes and dry's just fine. It's also quiet because of the direct drive. Dangerous Installation
The unit was installed late on a Friday night. I did a load of wash then put in in the dryer. The unit did not work. I checked the circuit breaker and it was tripped. I reset it and it tripped right away. I called and emailed Lowes customer care concerning this. It would have been 4 days before they assisted me with the issue. Mandate a 10' power cord for dryer
In reading other reviews I see many complaints of Lowes suppling a mandated 6' cord for the dryer. Unless you have new construction specifically for stackable unit like this the 6' cord will be too short. The final issue is that the strain relief supplied with the cord or other standard dryer cord suppliers will not fit in the LG power cord hole. I have contacted LG about this issue as it is a liability not to use a strain relief to code and the MFG recommendation for install. I used a 10' cord ...

LG Thin Q Best Purchase Ever!
I love my new stack washer dryer. I was tired of running up and down the stairs to do the laundry so I asked my husband to install it in the coat closet of our 1950's cape cod. It was a perfect fit. It is quiet and efficient. It's nice looking too for a washer dryer. The LG Thin Q is full size with a slim exterior.

cold water does not work
I just got the installation completed 2 days go and the cold water wash does not work.
Lowes appliance delivery is a joke, but not funny.
Not a review for this washtower, but Lowes. This is a beautiful washtower, appeared to work until it sounded like a jet engine during the rinse cycle and the "perfectly balanced" unit, which I had to do myself as Lowes delivery didn't think about doing it at delivery started dancing and imitating an earthquake. Third LG Washtower
This is the third washtower in less than a week. Lowe’s has been great in returning and bring a new appliance, but I’m not sure what to think about this particular model. The first unit leaked from the side. The second unit had fins from the drum come off and scratch up the interior of the drum. Keeping my fingers crossed we don’t have any issues with this third unit. Loved my old L G but it too started to leak and wasn’t worth repairing such an old washer.

would be wise to purchase the extended warranty.
The washer works fine, but the dryer has a senor problem, it shuts off midway through the drying cycle, have cleaned the ducts no blockage found, and the senor for a blocked duct never came on. After it shuts down mid cycle have to wait 30 minutes for it to come back on. Good news is it happended within the 4 day return and Lowes is replacing the unit end of next week.
