I bought the LG turbowash front loading washing machine. I was impressed with the seamless delivery and great condition of the washer. The representatives Jose and Wilma were particularly courteous and on point. the overall experience was great. The washer so far has been excellent and I hope everything stays this way. so far very very satisfied!
If You're Used to a Top Load, Stick With Them
This is the first ever front load washer and dryer I have ever owned. We were forced to get a stackable set due to space in our new home, but I wish we could have kept the 12-year-old top load set we had to sell. This is a brand-new set with all the extra bells and whistles that I really didn't want but got because Lowe's did a price match for us. It seems like it has soooo many options, but in reality, it doesn't let you choose much. Once you fill it (and it hold much less than a top loading)...

LG Frontend Washing Machine - BEST INVESTMENT
My LG Washing Machine - although I was skeptical at first - was the BEST investment of my life. Low water usage - Low Power Consumption - I thought the OLD Auger driven machines (May Tag washer) was better - but after using for nearly 2 months - it's MUCH better. Clothes are CLEANER than the AUGER machine / not damaged too - it takes longer with the time to clean with new technology and approach - but I would NEVER part with this LG product washing machine.

Nice looking one!
We like how much faster we wash our clothes now. Our old LG quit on us after 20 years and needed to upgrade. For normal cycles, a load is done in 30 minutes. I wished I had that option when my kids were little. It’s quiet and I like having the app.

Drawers are ugly and ruined my laundry room

The thing that bugs me the most is the black strip on the drawers, which makes them look ajar even when completely closed. Great Washer and Value for the price
Like to color, quality and ease of use. Great value and functionality built in. The fast wash cycle is a time saver and does a great job. This washer is a step about the last washer we had from a different manufacturer.

LG voided my warranty because I mentioned to the repair technicians that I really wanted the machine replaced. REALLY. Apparently the Technicians are trained to write down everything that you say while they're there. LG then uses those remarks against you. Washer runs nicely only thing is on my old one I could see my clothes this washer has a black glass. My old washer let me know when it was done. Haven’t explored to see if this feature is on this washer.

It’s a nice looking machine but only a teeny tiny amount of detergent can be used like a few drops or water leaks out of the bottom. Towels are always needed on the floor at the bottom left corner in front or there’s water ruining floors. Repairman that recommended this machine said it’s not a mechanical issue or hole in the seal but a concentrated detergent issue. Clothes sometimes smell mustier than before they were washed! Only the heavy duty feature doesn’t leak and sometimes that does. Odor...
