Extremely Disappointing Delivery Experience I am extremely disappointed with this delivery company, which handles deliveries for Lowe’s. Ice maker problem

The fridge was ok but every so often there would be water dripping from the dispenser and the ice bucket wouldn't fill properly. The ice maker mechanism was changed 2x but that didn't help and it always had the same problem. Unfortunately this seems to be a typical problem with this model.

Poor install services

I can’t fairly rate the refrigerator because it was never installed. My review is based solely on the delivery and installation experience. The installation team informed me they could not connect the refrigerator because we have a copper water line and they did not have the required certification. Purchased this fridge without any damages, came delivered with major damages, handles did not have any screws to attach them, delivery guys said they don't carry any. Delivery guy said they do not protect anything, if it gets damaged, just return it. Had to go back to store and purchase a new fridge and took it home ourselves. Now I have to wait for someone to pickup damaged fridge. Crappy delivery service, would look for a better delivery option.

Do not buy LG refrigerator.

Freezer builds ice and cannot be opened. I consider this product to be the worst piece of junk I have ever purchased

Another $500 for a less than 2 year refrigerator

After about 1 1/2 years the craft ice maker broke. We did buy the 5 year extended warranty but because it couldn't be repaired, we got a voucher for the amount we paid for the refrigerator to purchase a new one. The problem with that is the price has gone up since we purchased it 1 1/2 years ago and we lose out on the remainder 3 1/2 years of the extended warranty we purchased. two complaints

I am happy overall with this unit. two complaints, and I wonder how designers can miss such obvious issues. there is not lighting in the lower freezer compartment but more annoyingly is there is no backlighting on the outside control panel. just small black letters stenciled on stainless steel. impossible to see. but I love the craft ice!

The worst LG

I have had LG products for years and our last fridge, now 15 years old and also LG, is by far better than this new one. For starters the ice and water dispenser is a joke and makes a mess everyone you get ice on the catch pan. Lastly the bottom freezer draw has frozen up since we installed the unit.
