The washer was not installed correctly, and they ended up running the drain hose all the way down (instead of using the plastic piece it came with so that it only went 2" down the drain) - which resulted in letting in sewer gases into our home. Smell was horrible and it took us a bit to figure it out - but was an easy fix on my end thank goodness. just wish the "experts" installed it correctly to begin with.

Product great install bad
He just left and there are dirty fingerprints all over it. I washed them off and then proceeded to start and I’m getting an error code that has to do with the connection I would strongly suggest you train them to actually start it once they connect it because now I have a washer that doesn’t work.
Wish I never bought this
I’ve owned this new washer for 1 month. It was sealed in its original box and didn’t include instructions for this model. It came with a generic manual for 10 models. No information on how to use the machine that I bought. I called LG and they said they would mail me instructions and it would take 10 days. I didn’t get them. Don't trust Lowes to install
We have not had any trouble with the washer so far. The trouble we have experienced is with Lowes' installation. The shipping instructions state, “Once removed, save the bolt assemblies for future use. To prevent damage to internal components, do not transport the washer without reinstalling the shipping bolts.” In our case, the deliverymen did not retain the transit bolts. LG Washer
This LG Washer washes our laundry as expected. I don't need the added features that is offered on other models. It can be a little noisy on the spin cycle which I feel the appliances are not made as sturdy or insulated as they used to be. My laundry gets clean and is spun out efficiantly where it won't take as long to dry.

Confusing controls.
Very confusing to operate. Directions that came with it were not complete. You have to go online to get full directions. This came with the control panel “ locked” . It took me a long time to figure out why I couldn’t adjust water temperature etc. I’d rather have simple dials, not these digital controls.

This washer was a replacement for an identical washer that was never that great. It leaked multiple times for no particular reason. I bought it strictly because it was a match to the stacking dryer I already had. Mixed Load of a Washer
Such a mixed load. But ultimately I would not recommend this washer or brand. 1. This washer randomly leaks. Not from the fill lines, not from the drain line. Not from around the door or visible gaskets. Load size doesn't cause it to leak, detergent amounts (suds) does not cause it to leak.
