Most highlight the no-agitator design for increased capacity and better fabric care, while many appreciate the large tub size and strong value. I was looking for a washer that was the perfect mix of value and quality and I think I found it. I’ve owned this washer for about a month and so far it seems to meet my expectations. It holds a fair amount of laundry, runs loads without any issues, and has the features I like such as speed wash. It seems relatively quiet but it is on the bottom floor in the laundry room so I can’t say I’ve paid attention. My clothes have come out clean and because of the impeller, nothing has got tangled or dama...

LG washer
I’d been wanting to update the washer/dryer that came with the house we purchased 5 years ago and finally took the leap. Purchased a pair of LG washer & dryer and was not disappointed. The HIGH efficiency washer with no agitator gives s lot more room in the tub for clothes that you know will not get tangled. Saves $ on water, too. Nice and quiet.

Quality
Very happy with this unit, quiet and has a large capacity. The regular cycle seems a little longer than my old washer but no big deal. I like the simplicity of this washer

Wonderful washer
Mark was amazing as usual . This guy knows his stuff ! I couldn’t be happier with my new LG washer - it is the best I’ve ever owned .
Great Washer
Purchaseed a month ago and so far so good. My only issue is I would have prefered it have a timer to tell you when the load will be done washing.

Entered into the future
Just purchased this about three weeks ago and it’s amazing to see what is does. I find myself watching the machine wash just to see how it does it.

Broken after 2 months
Terrible product. Terrible customer service by both LG and Lowes!! Washer broke after only two months. Contacted LG warranty customer service. Was told it could take weeks to get someone to come look at it because there aren’t any service technicians in my area. Contacted Lowes customer service to see if they would stand by the product they sold and help to get service since I purchased the extended warranty and they flat out refused to help me and told me I needed to contact LG. Called local s...

Better Quality and Design
So Very Quiet . I like the Deep Water Wash for heavily soiled or bulky loads. There is No agitator, so there is plenty of capacity to hold my king sized comforter. Everything gets so clean ! This LG washer seems to be much better quality and design than the other brands at this Affordable Price Point.

Lowe's Corp Has Been Horrible to Work with
Just a heads up this review is for Lowe's logistics, including XDT. The actual delivery people and customer service in store are great. We needed to change the set, and were told to refuse delivery. Instead, we have spent 12 hours trying to sort this out and have been charged for 2.5 sets, having only received the correct one. We are now in our 13th hour of trying to resolve this. The machine itself is nice, but buy it from somewhere else!

50/50 chance it will fine or not so fine
I bought two of these for my home, one works fine. One does not. For the price of a washer, you'd want better odds than that. I have not found LG service to be helpful so far. They insist the noise one of them makes is normal. I would usually buy that, except that I have another one that totally is fine, so I know the difference.
