I’ve only been using this washer for about a week and have run 4 loads in this washer. 2 of the 4 have been rewashes because I find that the clothes are visibly dirty after washing. Observing the wash, it seems that the machine doesn’t fill with enough water and some of the clothes at the top of the machine are nearly dry after the cycle is done. We have had this washing machine for a couple weeks. I was over our front loader so I was excited to get a top loader. I like the design and look of this washing machine. The tub is very large and fits my king comforter very well. I dont have any issue getting items out of the tub. It gets our clothes clean. When the unit arrived, the detergent dispenser was leaking. Lowe's sent a team out quickly who said they could not detect or fix any issue. LG quickly sent a tech who identified the problem, noted that the softener dispenser also was not working at all (which I do not use and did not notice), and fixed the issues. We've only had the washer for a year and used it lightly, but I heard a loud crack when I was closing the lid one day.
