Love the placement of the in fridge water. It doesn't take away from door shelves.

LG Customer Service is HORRIBLE!

First, please know that this NOT a complaint about Lowe's. Customer Service at Lowe's has always been wonderful. I purchased an LG French-Door refrigerator in April 2025. By July, the freezer started acting up. The back panel kept freezing up, requiring a full defrost. Then the ice cubes began coming out stuck together in blocks. LG refrigerator

This is a great refrigerator. The service was great and so was delivery. BUT we were told when we bought it that our $50 old fridge removal would be refunded by the delivery men. When we asked them to submit for a refund, we were told by them that it had to be done on the app. We’re out $50 because we were told two different things.

BRAND NEW, DIDN'T WORK. FOOD SPOILED. MONEY LOST.

They delivered it and took away my old one that still worked. loaded all of our food in it and it never got cold. bunch of food spoiled and thrown away. freezer worked fine. fridge wouldn't get below 44F.

Nice, spacious fridge.

Plenty of space. Large door bins. Water dispenser inside is nice for large bottles and cups.

Bigger than it seems

Really well organized and because of that, holds a ton. The door bins are deeper than my previous frig which had the same measurements but so many little things fit in the doors that I have more usable space. Don't miss water in the door. The internal water filler is fast! Freezer ice been is huge and it makes ice fast enough to keep it full. Love it. Last ice bin was in the door but so small it was always empty.

Sleek and Elegant

I was really pleased with the look of the appliance, the spacious interior, and the internal water dispenser to keep the exterior simple. It looks quite nice in our kitchen and we like that it isn't "smart." The only downside in my case, is that the the fridge can't be flush with a wall otherwise the doors won't be able to fully open, so it sticks out from the nook a few inches. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars

uncomfortable for tall people

I love this refrigerator, but as a tall person I will never buy it. It is extremely inconvenient to bend down to open the doors from the bottom, and there are no finger grooves on the top of the doors. While it may not seem like a big deal, it is. Having to lean down at an uncomfortable angle just to open the fridge door several times a day for the next 10 plus years makes it a no for me. significant design misstep

POOR SERVICE FROM LOWES

The left door is so stiff that I cannot keep anything in the left door because it is knocked over and/or out when the door closes. I have been to Lowes five times trying to get the issue resolved. They won't exchange the refrigerator because the first time I returned to the store was a few hours past their 48-hour return policy. But I was unable to get there sooner. Cheap plastic and terrible delivery

I'm disappointed with the quality. It runs great but the vegetable and fruit bins are made with cheap plastic. The shelf at the bins should be glass to match the other glass shelves, instead its cheap plastic which will no doubt scratch easily break or Crack. The delivery was outrageous. Our order was promised to arrive Christmas eve day Wednesday Dec 24, a work day, between 4 to 7pm. Then that changed to 8:30 to 11:30pm. We stayed up until midnight and NO DELIVERY.
