I love the product but
I bought these cutter a while ago. I feel they are good but the issue is parts even new cutting wheels. I'm always told. AHH! just buy a new one. A small parts kit of wheels and pins and screws would be nice with part numbers. I love the smallest cutter because they cram 20 pound of tubing in a 5" area. I'm in HVAC and fabrication area. Solid, smooth, no-bur cuts
I used this device to cut some copper pipe for a tub downspout. One thing that I've learned about cutting tools - especially those used to cut hard things like stone/ceramic/pipe... sometimes they have a minimum length that you can cut before either making a bad cut or not being able to cut at all. Great cutter for removing Accor flowtite valves
My house was built in 2010 and had Accor flowtite plastic valves in all 3 bathrooms. Instead of twisting the valves counter clockwise to remove them I saw videos on You Tube showing how to cut the valve in half using a pipe cutter like this. Worked great and didn’t scar the pex when it came off. This is the right tool for this job.
Great for tight spaces and cuts clean
I don't usually do reviews but I thought I should with this item. There was less reviews than BrassCraft, 7 instead of 21 reviews, and the rating was a little lower too. But when I went into the store to compare them I could tell that the clearance required to use it was less than the BrassCraft too and that while the other might not work this would definitely. Great Tube Cutter
I recently got the Kobalt 1/8-in to 1-1/8-in copper tub cutter. I returned it and got the Lenox Copper Tube Cutter here instead. By hands down compared to Kobalt tube cutter, Lenox has them beat. I used this Lenox copper tube cutter and it works like magic. Really good and clean cuts. I highly recommend this tube cutter.
These cutters are head and shoulders above Rigid.
I am a union pipefitter with 29 years experience. I have the 1/8" - 1 3/4", 1/4" - 2 5/8", and the imp cutters that go to 1 1/8". I have had them for over ten years. Before this Rigid was the only cutters I and most of my brothers used. Every year the Rigid cutters were made cheaper and worked worse. Any time one of the guys borrowed my cutters they loved them. Next thing I know they had them also. Great product from an American company. Local 13 Rochester New York says thanks.

Great tube cutter
Works every time. NO spiraling down the tube as cheaper models did. Although not as tiny as a few, handles most tight spaces. Knob turns easily. Easy to see to align cutter on your mark on the tubing. Cuts copper quickly. Well built. Dense...don't drop it on your bare toes or easily broken tile.

The screw drive on the cutter was easy to jam with sand and mud could not get to cut in a normal cut pattern had to clean and realign the cutting wheel with start cut to finish cutting.

Lenox copper tube cutter review
I bought this Lenox copper tube because I was in a bind. My steel gas lines on my car rusted out and I have cut out the rusted part and replace with rubber. I didn't think this copper tube cutter was going to cut steel, but to my surprise it cut through with medium elbow grease. Save me $400.00 dollars car dealership price.
