The quality control at Larson is garbage. 1st, trying to install the door handle, the latch mechanism doesn't line up with the door openings and handle screws. I had to grind out the opening so it would fit, the handle is mounted too high. The latch rail openings don't line up either, too low.
Great looking storm door
The door is very nice, it came in good condition I had it shipped to the store and picked it up. It was easy to install and the instructions were easy to read. If you’re somewhat handy you can install this on your own and save some money.

Double Check all pieces are in the box
I paid for a door WITH a handle but the handle is missing. Customer service said they would mail me the handle. It’s been a week since the expected arrival of the handle and it’s still not here. I love the door itself. It’s the 2nd one I’ve bought because we like it so much. Just extremely disappointed that I paid extra for the handle to be included and it wasn’t, then I was told the issue would be corrected but it still hasn’t been corrected.

Storm Door - Not as expected
Installed this at prev. home - great, loved it. Ordered it in new home, quality very bad. Top window does NOT stay up, closure device at bottom of window NOT catching it to hold it in place. Door is NOT same quality as original purchase in prev. home. Don't understand why, but am very disappointed!

Built cheap and no customer service
Paid close to $500 for this door with all of it's bells and whistles and special custom handle. Paid for it on 3/1. As of today 5/16 I still do not have a working storm door. What I have is a ton of excuses and allegedly someone is coming to fix it. That's a lot of money for broken out of the box junk. They refuse to replace it, sight unseen, but said it can be fixed. They mailed me parts to fix it, but installers do not do repairs and said it needed replaced. But Larson said NO. Still no storm ...

DOES NOT COME WITH HANDLE
The bottom glass in our old storm door got broken so I purchased this replacement. It is the exact same door from the exact same company. Our old door was over 10 years old. This door is much lighter than our old door. The latch that holds the top window up is made of plastic I switched that out with the latch from the old door which is metal.
