Not as good as first KitchenAid refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 6 weeks ago and needed to have service as it at times was making a fairly loud vibration noise. Service person couldn't really determine the cause, but he did open area in the back found nothing so closed things up. Since then, I haven't heard the vibration noise?? Also, the interior drawers are less substantial as my previous frig. I miss the narrow shelf in the freezer.

Counter Depth Refrigerator/ Freezer

Looks great but ice/water lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 3 months ago. Fits our space beautifully. Our concern is with the water/ice. The ice is not keeping up with our family of 4. Like the ice bucket fills up with about 1" of ice each day. Also, the water dispenser is soooo slow. Took 4 1/2 minutes to fill up my 30 oz Stanley cup. I have a repair man coming next week as this can't be normal?

Drawer Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The middle cheese/lunchmeat drawer is wonky and opens crooked. It seems to be not well-constructed. I had a repairman come and he said this is not a thing he can remedy. I guess it’s just poor design?? Also, the freezer drawer is not 100% Stable when you open it. I am so glad we did not get ice maker on the top- it makes so much more room on the door for drinks and other items. The freezer is not very big in space but good for us. Counter depth was key - it doesn’t stick out much which looks nice- I do notice it is very loud

Love the handles! Drawers feel cheap.

Poor Quality

This KitchenAid costs $1,999.00, so a $2,000.00 refrigerator. The first counter depth I ordered was 21.5 cubic feet and just shy of fitting in my space, and the water system did not work. So it went back in exchange for the one delivered today. I bought my home a few months ago, the Old refrigerator was a Samsung and dark, and the rest of my appliances are KitchenAid.
