I bought this mower in August of 2023. I can echo the complaints of others that it is a sloppy ride, tears up the lawn when turning it around (even when ground is dry), lacks a braking feature, front wheels have zero traction. The WORST part is that a piece of the mower deck frame snapped off, the piece that sits under the side discharge. Now I'll need to pay to transport it three hours each direction just to see IF they will cover it under warranty. Seriously, not even 100 hours on this mowe...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a little over two years ago now and I love it. Zero issues period. Mine has the Kohler engine which I couldn’t be happier. It’s very fuel efficient and to add to that I’ve never ran ethanol in it. The only thing I would change is atleast front suspension. Great rig.

Not Durable. Don't bother with the Warranty.
A little disheartening since every time that I have bought a warranty, I never used it. THIS TIME...I needed and it covered nothing. I had a carburetor fail, and they told me that since it may have gotten dirt in it, it wasn't covered. Last time I checked, a zero turn mower operates in a dirty environment, as grass usually grows outside. The ONLY thing that the warranty covered is pick up and delivery. It's ok. A few things can be redesigned
It's ok. Needs some design improvements. 1: whoever designed the fuel neck is a moron. Needs opened up. 2: the underside of the mowing deck Needs to be smooth. There's angle iron everywhere. 3: widen the rear axle. The stock tires suck and you need spacers to put tire chains. 4: a means to see fuel level. Good machine, poor assembly
The product is probably excellent but, I returned mine. I was supposed to have this delivered on March 11th, however, they did not even have any assembled yet. I waited another week before I borrowed a truck and picked it up on March 17th. It was raining so I did not get to test it until several days later. I bought this mower on sale from Lowes. I was really expecting to like it, since it looks great on paper. The first thing I was disappointed on was that the website showed an LED headlight, however, mine did not have it.
