I purchased this tree to replace one that I have had for over 20+ years and I feel like this one will last just as long. Great value for $, gave us a scare but working now

Last year we had a Balsam Hill Tree, was super expensive and heavy. This year that won't fit in our house so I ordered this tree after hours of research and measuring places in our house.
