A year ago on December 30th I bought a Nest from Lowe's. Unfortunately I didn't have a lowe's account at the time, and I didn't hold onto the receipt. This was my second Nest, after having one in my last house I was hesitant, I had issues before with Nest not maintaining heating in my house due to software issues. Annoying
This is a sleek thermostat, but I am writing the negative review based off the eco mode. Eco mode is turned off and the thermostat still goes into eco mode when we are not home. 93⁰ outside and our house is 82⁰ because we weren't home for 4 hours.

Worth the small Investment
This product was super easy to install; only took my husband and I about 45 minutes. I love the sleek look and design; it’s really nice that it senses your approach and the screen will appear; other than that it goes away. Mostly I enjoy being able to control the temp of the house from anywhere and the ability to sign up for energy saving cost. We’ve noticed that the thermostat makes are AC unit run more efficiently too!

Easy to use thermostat
East to install. Easy to use. Phone connectivity is a plus. There are many functions to use with in the app, easy to adjust while on the go. I appreciate that I can adjust the HVAC settings when I am a short distance away from my house and get the temp to where I would like it. I have no major issues with it.

This thermostat is so much better than the Honeywell I replaced. Honestly, the built-in level that lights up just so you can see the bubble is such a perfect detail most people would overlook. Guided installation was great, especially since things tend to get complicated fast with wire colors and their functions. Struggled for a while to pay the price but after my Honeywell didn't tell me it was on emergency mode for a month and receiving an electric bill that could have paid for 2 of these ther...

This smart thermostat works flawlessly. We updated to a new HVAC system and it required an update on the thermostat. We already had a nest thermostat, but it would not work with this new system. We love the sensor that we can keep in the family room in the basement. The family room can stay cool in the winter. The sensor helps the room to be much more comfortable. Pleased with how well everything operates.
