AVOID!!!

The absolute worst dryer I've ever owned. In order for clothes to dry in a reasonable amount of time you need to do the smallest load possible. Otherwise you will be restarting it 4-5 times for the clothes to dry. It has also ruined more items then I can count. It catches and rips them and destroys strings on shorts. It's been less than 4 years and I can't take it anymore, I am getting rid of it and buying something else.

Won’t dry

Not a good product

I bought these machines about 2 years ago. Worst purchase ever made. The washing machine seems to always leave debris of something on your clothes and the dryer never seems to dry your clothes completely also the machine BLEW out on me and I found out there is a KNOWN issue with faulty wiring at the heating element. Disappointing Product. Lousy Delivery

Bought the "up-scale" dryer, because all the normal ones were too low and poorly made -- flimsy doors. First unit was broken -- made a squeaking noise when running. It took nearly 2 weeks to replace it. Delivery team messed up the venting when installing. Dryer does not reliably dry clothes, ironically. "Normal" setting has an "eco" feature that prevents drying. Buyer Beware

To summarize, this dryer is a piece of junk, and Lowe's return policy is predatory, at best. This machine leaves black, grease-like stains on any material that is silky/upscale/athletic as the thin fabric slips behind the area where the drum meets the front. The stains do not come out with any stain remover or bleach. After weeks of trying to get a GE authorized service representative out to see the dryer (and not using it in the meantime), the repair person told us this is a design flaw and ...

Excellent Performance!

We have had our dryer for over a year and are very pleased with its performance. It is a large capacity dryer with a variety of drying cycles. We especially like the wrinkle care feature. We highly recommend this product.

Hard time getting a delivery

We were very disappointed in the service we received. We bought the washer and dryer on Sunday, supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. They brought the washer but had no record of us getting a dryer delivered. When we called the store we were told we had picked it up the day we bought it. They didn't even have it in stock. Junk

Junk!!! After just two years the Dryer is failing! No warranty of course and it cost more to fix it than it's worth!! We will never buy GE again! Can't make a product that last more than two years!! And it wasn't cheap! Shame on the crap you make GE!

Great efficiency!

I love everything from the look of this dryer to the many functions it offers to the efficiency that it dries my clothes with. We've had it two months now and it works beautifully!! Very quiet, too.
