Day 1 of use, I noticed a nasty scratch on the strip that separates the stove top and the front controls. I figured it was me being not careful enough, until I saw a smaller scratch on the right side of the strip right above the larger heating element. If you are using a big pot or skillet, i will actually butt against this stip because the strip is too close to the heating element. And the finish is very thin. I'm happy with my stove. There was a dent on the side, we were told if we accepted the stove with the dent Lowe's would issue a credit back to our account, which we did. A refund was to be issued within ten days, but the credit has not been put back on my credit card yet. This was on August 8. Today is August 20th.

Received the range today, and while the range was "delivered", the installation was nothing I had ever experienced before. The guys came, dropped it off, put it in the spot and were about to leave without confirming with us. When I went to look, I noticed, the oven was not flush with the wall, so I asked why it was not. They mansplained to me that the back outlet is too big and the oven doesn't go back all the way. So, according to him, I would have to make a whole in the wall for the oven outle...

I love this stove, it is such a game changer. I replaced a very basic stove, so perhaps I am easily wowed - keep that in mind. The air fry feature is fantastic. It preheats almost instantly and works as well as any counter top air fryer - I would say even better because you can cook such a large amount at a time. SweepstakesTempered Glass control panel is a fatal flaw
I loved this range for 2 years. Then I barely bumped the corner edge of the glass control panel and the whole thing shattered. Cost of repair? $1100. No thanks, not when it could just happen again anytime(see Reddit). For the same cost, we replaced it instead of repairing it.

Great updated oven
My last convection oven starting burning items to went looking for something new. This updated design with the electronic controls on the front is nice. I also love the Air fry option setting b/c now I can get rid of another countertop appliance. Only thing to be cautious of is the soft touch buttons to turn on burners. They can turn on easily and would be in reach of small children but I use the control lock all the time just to avoid that scenario. Otherwise - super happy with the purchas...
