It's ok. All the hype about this washer is a lie. You need to always have max water. The agitator must be an introvert, cause it doesn't even trigger the downy balls to work. The fabric softener is to be poured in the agitator... It doesn't rinse so it continues to ooze out after the wash has finished... Even after you include the deep rinse. It's a lot of bells and whistles, but eh, that's all it is. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone with really dirty clothes.

Fails to rinse out soap - everything else is okay.
Overall, the washer is fairly easy to use. It does not have all the fancy new bells and whistles - no internet connections. But that's okay with me. The reason for the 2-star rating is that I can not get the soap to rinse out. I use the correct amount of soap ( Tide HE liquid) - maybe even a little less than suggested. The washer is not over loaded at all. I use the auto sense setting, with the water temperature set to warm. And do an extra rinse. With all this, I still have soap residue...

So loud!
It's only been a week so I don't have much to report back with yet, but I can say this washer is so freaking loud!!! Its running and seems to clean fine, but the noise is more than I'm used to hearing from washer! Going to try and call someone to see if this is normal.

Good cleaning
I love the way the washer lightly spins before filling to help distribute the clothing easily. It offers lots of choices for many different types of fabrics. There is a drawer you can put your detergent in for proper dispersal into the drum, but I didn’t see it mentioned in the book anywhere. Anyway I use a pressed detergent sheet for my wash, so I just folded it and put it in there. Works fine! Huge capacity!

Really great washer
I cannot believe how many clothes fit in this washer. My old washer was an extra large capacity. This large capacity could hold twice as many clothes, but I’m careful to not overload it. A couple of things I’m having to get used to, but are certainly not bad. The drum is super deep.I’m only 5’4” so it’s a tiny bit hard to reach the clothes on the bottom. Also,you have to choose the extra rinse cycle or fabric softener will not dispense. But like ai said, these are not bad, I just need to get us...
