The Furminator does an amazing job!
I have always been a big fan of the Furminator products - they are built with quality and do an amazing job! This undercoat deshedding version is no different! I used it on my newest adopted pup, Duke, who is a shepherd mix (allegedly, but who knows...). Overall, before using this tool, his coat was in good shape, with very little shedding of note. However, the undercoat deshedding Furminator was able to get to the under layer of his coat and pull all sorts of loose undercoat hair (see pics)...
A Must Have Grooming Tool
The Furminator is a must have grooming tool if you have a dog that sheds. It has a button on top that you press to push out the hair. It is made with stainless steel deshedding edge. The handle is very comfortable to use if you have to brush a good while. My dogs really likes it when I use it. The one I am using is for 50 pounds and under with shorter hair. This is my second one. My first one is for larger dogs and it is at least 8 years old and still looks and works great. I highly recom...
Professional, high quality, De-shedding Tool
I am reviewing the "Furminator", for our (2) Dogs (and 2 Cats if they'll stand still for it!). Both of the dogs are short-haired, but the tool's stainless steel comb quickly shows how much undercoat is being missed with brushing alone. As you can see a couple initial strokes removed a great deal of undercoat and loose hair. This can reduce hair loss down the drain when bathing by removing excess fur, reducing the chances of a clog. I Highly recommend.
Works Great. Get one
These furninators work great. They really do get the hair off the animals. You think you have gotten all the hair off of your cat or dog. Until you try a furminator. It really gets the undercoat and keeps all the hair contained on the brush. Easy to use and the critters seems to love it.
Dog Brush
I used this brush on my 80 pound lab, it seemed to work great at removing any excess hair. The only down fall is the button on top does not actually press the hair out of the brush. It does move it but doesn’t come out all the way.

It’s really loose undercoat hair! 😃 My best friend have a medium hair but he loves when I brush it. I've tried other brush models and he didn't like it... this one it's like a massage… Happy him, happy me!😁. Easy to clean up, just push the top button.
Works Great
Works great. Really desheds the dog really well. Blades are nice and sharp. Haven't tried on my long hair dog yet but hopefully it'll work as well since the blades aren't very long. Just push the button to release the hair which is very nice. I'm pleased with it.
Easily remove knots without being scratched!
I have a long haired Siberian and she gets knots all the time. Ive always had to cut them off but now can brush them away! The tiny teeth on this brush do not hurt my cat and she prefers this over scissors!
Groomed Doggie
This product has really helped me with making sure that my doggie has less hair than he should have. I have been able to keep him well groomed and maintained and this is very easy to use.
Great Design with Easy Hair Release
Picked up the Furninator for my double coat lab to help him through shedding season. It has worked excellent and the push button to release the hair works makes it super convenient.
