Frigidaire makes me miss my Whirlpool so much!

What a horrible purchase this was! Not only did it quit working after less than six months, Frigidaire is making me wait nearly 3 weeks just to get service. Forget going through Lowe's. You'll never talk to a human being and they will just transfer you to Frigidaire who will make you wait 3 weeks before they even make an attempt a fixing their $1,700 refrigerator that only lasts, what...20-25 WEEKS. Wouldn't buy again if I had to replace it.

Refrigerator looks nice, is good sized, and has the features I need. But one crisper draw does not open smoothly, a huge portion (like 1/4) of the freezer is taken up by cubed ice, the "owner's manual" is pretty worthless, the in-door ice/water feature needs a splash resistant "floor," and the door handles have some weird coating(?) on them that feels and looks bad and I can't clean it off. I'm also not thrilled with the shelf configuration options. But it keeps food cold and that's it's job.

It is a big refrigerator!

This is my second one… the family that bought our house loved this fridge so much that they wanted it as part of the deal! The two ice makers are a must for families! It has so much space and it is easy to organize foods!

Buyer Beware

We purchased this refrigerator new online from Lowe’s, and have only had it for approximately 3 weeks and it is already having issues. The bottom freezer drawer has a seal failure which is causing the freezer to frost up, the deli and vegetable drawers are freezing the meats and vegetables even after we have turned the temperature up beyond Frigidaire‘s recommendations for temperature. I bought a house recently with a 5 month old (manufacture date is 05/25) Frigidaire refrigerator in it.
