The order was 5 days late. I called the store twice and went on the website twice and was never able to talk to anyone but AI, which wasn't able to give me a date or time when the order would be ready. If there is a delay, you really should offer an explanation from a human being. Ai is not the solution.

Farmhouse Outdoor Fence Vibes

It solved a need. We wanted more privacy between our house and guest cottage, and this fits. I haven’t installed it yet, but first impressions are great. The materials feel sturdy and well-made, and the look is exactly what I was hoping for. It already feels like it’ll elevate the space while adding durability. So far, I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a good-looking, farmhouse style fencing option.

Outstanding Employee Assistance

The store representative who helped me went out of her way to find the product that was in receiving. She went out three different times trying to find the panels and was extremely kind and friendly each time. She even offered to carry the box to the car for me. Lowe's needs more employees like her that go out of their way to make sure the customer is taken care of and satisfied with the company.

I tried multiple times to find out the exact fencing that I had installed 7/2016. Upon numerous transferred calls and a waste of time, I was told to look online for the fence and It'd be there. I found the only fence that matched the style of mine with lattice and ordered it. On the day of install we realized that the style was changed and the lattice portion has a height difference of almost 4 inches. How do you offer a lifetime warranty on a fence that you dont have.
