Can't Recommend Buying from Lowes

Waiting for over 2 weeks to get the rest of my order so we can complete the job. Why the wait, when the items are in stock and have to be shipped. Why does Lowes have so much trouble getting merchandise out for delivery. This is construction, shipping should be faster. You need to have a competent logistics team. Get rid of the kids and the AI and just do your jobs.

Fencing Disaster

The fencing is fine. The delivery is horrible. We have ordered one section of fence three (3) times. Hoping for the third one to be delivered without damage. Lowes is my "go to" store for many things. Our family has had a long and varied relationship with Lowes and hopefully will continue. Many of the employees at the Morehead City NC store are amazing.

Fence is too flimsy for its height

This fence is somewhat easy to put together but too flimsy for its height. I also bought a gate with the fence. This fence does not have the stability or strength to hold the gate in place properly. I had to attach one end to house for stability and modified it for strength. This fence may be alright alone without a gate or where no wind is going to be. I would not recommend this fence. Not happy with it.

This is definitely a flimsy fence. I bought this under the Lowes installation program. I was not advised the fence panels were thin and hollow. A stick from the lawn mower demonstrated just how thin the panels are. The double gates sag and have needed adjustment several times in the 4 months since installation. If I had been aware of the flimsy nature of this fence I would not have spent $8,000.00 + on it.

I was able to instal this with no experience (but i recommend using a driver instead of a post hole digger for digfing holes. It is much quicker and easier!) because I live in an area that doesnt have harsh weather and wind, I was able to only use dirt to pack the posts in ans make the fence sturdy- but given tjat i burried the posts 2.5 or more feet down, this was okay. The fencing panels look really nice and sleak, ans were easy to assemble. I just wish there were more in stock- seeing that Lo...

Cancelled the order for unexplained delay

Delivery was delayed without further explanation. No estimated day for 4 days. I ended up cancelling the order and lost the money paid for the contractors to install the fence.

Plan and be patient.

Solid product. Installing panels to middle section retainer a bit difficult compared to top and bottom retainers but overall a nice product.

Worst product I’ve ever dealt with.

This has to be the cheapest, flimsiest piece of crap product on the planet. They might as well just steal your money as that’s howhorrible it is. Whoever designed this garbage should be ashamed of themselves. Never ever again..NEVER!

Attractive and practical!

I had Lowes install my freedom fence and could not be happier. Looks great and cleans up easily with garden hose and occasional dishwashing detergent. No problems. Great value. I highly recommend the product (photo below).

Fence gate

The gate broke off during a small wind storm- only six weeks since installation. Not covered under warranty- flimsy- don’t waste your money
