Do not order online you can't inspect online items

Did not come in a box. Just cardboard wrapped around items. Missing instructions. Online item description had a pdf instruction however it did not list some of my parts. Spent HOURS online looking for them, never found them. Had to call someone and THEY sent me to a webpage.

Vinyl fencing and end posts

First I ordered 23 - 8 foot vinyl fence pieces, along with end posts- which the wrong ones were sent- the amount of time it takes to get the things 10-14 days is way too long. Then I had to return the end posts- which when bought on line looked like they were the correct ones, but they weren't The fence panels were made by Barette- but to find the correct end pieces took 1.5 hours on the phone with a lady in our local store. It turned that the end post brand name was not Barette but a company ow...
