Order all the parts I need to build a fence. Placed my order middle of June. Order said beginning of July. Now its middle of July. I have a landscaping project starting next week and the fence is needed and I may not have my fence. Horrible slow company. Order 2 months in advance.
Poor quality
This is a poorly designed fence. They cut holes in the rail and slide the pickets down through them. This makes the Rail very weak, causing it to sag in the middle.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM FREEDOM, NOT WORTH IT
I gave this product 2 stars because of the company's customer service. The product is ok, but when you are putting a fence up around your yard and FREEDOM does not send all of the needed parts, the whole fence becomes useless. We contacted them to replace the missing item and they said it would be two weeks and they would not expedite it. Lowe's does not carry this item in stock and tried to help fix this issue but FREEDOM would not help. The worst part about the two weeks, the first order w...

Do not buy these vinyl fences! They fall apart!
I bought this fencing around 5-6 years ago. Since then, they have constantly required regluing to keep them together. They finally fell completely apart after this winter. They seem cheap and the glue doesn't hold over the winter time. The gates are the worst and will fall apart if they are pushed when it's cold. I finally took this fence down when my son hit one with a soccer ball and 5 of the planks fell off. It looks great at first, but don't expect it to last! Buyer beware!
Very nice addition to my side yard!
Just had this fence installed and I absolutely love it! As you can see in the picture, this was the post used with the fence. If you order, make sure you order everything at one time. The fence, posts (end and line) and the post caps. I made the mistake of ordering just the fence only to find out everything is sold separately... oops. Very sturdy and did not take long to install. Very happy with this purchase!
