Simple Yet Effective
These are really quite simple - stretchy pieces of rubber that mimic weight / create resistance when stretched. That said, they are quite effective in working the muscle groups used to complete the stretching. There are three different weight 'classes' for those needing heavier (30#) and lighter (10#). I certainly couldn't have beat the deal and appreciate them offering this for purchase!
