Would not fit properly

These filters would not fit without bending the cardboard and pushing hard to make it go in. Then they were sunk in instead of being flat as they should be.

Great produce

Having some work done at my house, which is producing a lot of concrete dust. These filters are doing a bang up job keeping the concrete dust down..

Product crushed in shipping

Product was crushed in shipping and unuseable. Had to return. In the past product was great but couldn't use this time.

AIRLINERS SAVE THE DAY!

I try to keep several pairs of these airliners so that I would be able to calm the dust and fuzz throughout the house. I vacuum the dust and dog hair each week as I vacuum the floor so that I don't have to deal with heavy sections filled with dog or cat hair. I find my house smells more like a nice house now than a home for old wet dogs & cats!! I give "extra pounts" to these 'airliners' for them working on our chances. Well worth doing!

Highly Effective Filter!

I purchase many of these air filters in various sizes for my home every six months. The filter is highly effective--I know, because after 6 months, the white fibers are have turned light grey with particles removed from the air. It's better for me that the particles are caught in the air filter and not caught my lungs! I am a non-smoker and no pets.

Poorly packed for shipping

Yes it was easy to order online and delivery was fast because it is not a stock size in my Store. The big disappointment is that it was all beat up due to the poor shipping package. I will be returning it to the store and see if I can have it shipped to the store with a better result.

Horrible service

Ordered for curb pickup and it took 27 hours to get a pick up time. Once I arrived, the young man came out with a single filter when I purchased a double pack. I asked for a manager and she took awhile to come out. She then brought it out but didn’t seem concerned

Small portable AC unit

The AC does blow nice cold air, easy to set up. The phone number to register the AC was answered by an AI voice with no option to speak with a live agent. It was probably too small for the area because the unit never shut off, but I can't afford a larger one so overall I am satisfied with it.

Damaged in Shipping

These A/C Filters have to be ordered online because they are not carried in-store. Apparently, they are uncommon. The fit tolerance in my air handler is very tight, so it is important that they are not mis-shapen in any way. Mine were damaged somewhat in shipping, causing an installation issue. I'm sure that in undamaged condition, the installation would not be an problem. So, this is more of a service critique than a product review. The product itself is probably 5 star.

Great quality

These are great quality filters that won't break the bank, especially if you have pets. I've compared the these to the super expensive ones and have been super happy with these. Changing on time is the most important thing.
