poor quality control

I bought 2. When inspecting it before install the one of the short sides wasn't glued at all. air could flow right around the filter medium. Glued very poorly on one of the long side as well. Pulled the existing 10 merv out of my HVAC and a few of those pletes were also allowing bad air.
