unpacked a damaged product

traveled to Appleton to pick up the special order. brought it home, when I unpacked it I found the corner was crushed. this seems a bit odd that the box was not damaged?

Had to go back

The store sent the notification for pick up. When my husband went that day to pick it up he waited a long time then was told there was no one to bring it up from the back "he's on lunch". Sorry, that was not an acceptable reason. They should have anyone available to get an order to the customer. We had to go back again and they did have someone then (who was just fine) but it was very inconvenient.

The shower pan was beautiful but we had to order it twice and both time the shower pan was broke. The people in the store did amazing it’s just once you get what you order guaranteed to be broke or chipped. Luckily the second break was on the part of the shower pan that did not hold water. No matter what as much as a consumer pays and waits for the product it SHOULD be exactly what you’ve paid for

We bought a shower pan at that other store. It was broken right out of the box. Returned and refunded. Went to Lowe's and bought this one. We were blown away with the quality of this one. It was at least twice the thickness of the first one. This one has multiple support locations on the bottom. It's just a way better pan.
