Faucet handles broken after one month

We purchased two of these faucets for our master bathroom. In less than one month three of the faucet handles have broken. There is a plastic piece that goes on the bottom which holds the faucet handles on. Three of those have broken into pieces, causing the faucet handle to come off the sink basin, and when the handle is placed back on, the handle will just spin in circle without ever shutting off.

Need washer

Where can we purchase a washer for the supply line? We bought the faucet 1.year ago and the washer is cracked and causing a leak.

Rude Customer service at Roosevelt blvd store

I purchased the faucet at Langhorne store. The box was open, I asked the associate to check if everything was fine , he did and said that everything looked good. When my contractor started installing it, it was missing some parts. I took it back to nearest Lowe’s on Roosevelt Boulevard, where they refused to take it back and were quite rude. They told me to take it to Langhorne store which 40 minutes away. Major inconvenience after being sold defective merchandise.

Good quality fixture, easy to install, works well

This is a very well made, solid and sturdy faucet fixture. It also is very attractive, and the matte finish is supposed to discourage spots from mineral deposits in hard water. Installation is way harder than it needs to be

Stylish and a fair price point, however the installation is so much harder than it needs to be. There is a large M shaped bracket that goes on the underside of the sink to hold the faucet down, but the shape of the bracket conflicts with the drain plunger mechanism (the piece you pull up and down to open/close the drain); I had to uninstall and reinstall a few times to allow the drain plunger to operate smoothly. Not Suitable for 3-Hole Sinks W/O Additional Work

I wouldn’t recommend this faucet for a 3-hole sink. The escutcheon plate sits loosely on the gasket, which I only discovered after installation. The installation instructions don’t mention this issue, but the Q&A section suggests using silicone to secure it. This extra step shouldn’t be necessary. We’re returning it.

Gets the job done

This faucet was fairly easy to install (aside from the limited space under the sink, but that’s not the faucet’s fault.) Before you remove the old faucet, be sure to note which pipe under the sink supplies the hot water. I almost wish the handle was on the left side of the faucet. I’m right handed, and sometimes have a razor or toothbrush in my right hand, meaning I have to reach across the faucet to operate the handle with my left hand. Still, it feels solid and operates smoothly.

Nice faucet...easy install!

First...I am NOT a DIY'er....I have zero talent in that regard. So, having said that....I replaced a 50 year old sink and leaky, corroded faucet with a Kohler sink and this Delta Becker faucet/drain combo....and it couldn't have gone easier. Great Looking Faucet

My house was built in the 1960's. The hall bath is original and doesn't appear to have gone through any updates since it was built. While the old faucet in the sink was functioning, it looked as old as it was.
