Small saw but very effective
When I first saw this I was very hesitant. But after buying it, I love it. It is very sturdy and easy to work with. You can easily cut metal with it.

complete garbage, lasted no more than 9 cuts and the support of Lowe's match the quality of this tool. i was lucky it happened within the return period, so i was at least able to get my money back

DeWalt isn't my go to brand, but it is a 20V (18) compared to Milwaukee's M12. Got it at the same price so I am happy to have the Dewalt with more oomph.

Light and powerful.
Bought this little tool for cutting a straight line in hardie siding. It exceeded my expectations and I have used it for tile backsplash and cutting stone veneer. Each time it is perfect for what I was using it for. Wish I would have gotten it sooner.

One of my favorite tools
I absolutely love this little thing. This is perfect to cut up pallets. It’s very easy to control extremely lightweight. Very versatile. I use this I’d say 1 or 2 times a week messing around with things in the garage. I looked at this for a while before buying not knowing what I’d actually use it for. Got the thing and use it way more than I ever thought. Definitely recommend.

Dewalt disappoints
I have been a 20 year Dewalt user. Never had a complain or warranty call. This cut off tool started to fail on me after 1.5 years. Light 15-20 minutes use a month. It vibrates, screams and feels like it wants to fall apart. Dewalt costumer service took nearly an hour to answer. They gave me the nearest factory service center contact (out of State) which does not answer the calls after multiple tries. Servicenet.dewalt.com is a not working official website for them as well.
