Great saw, but have multiple batteries.
Tried so many tools to remove some root systems from old shrubs I was removing. There was no way I could have completed the job, and saved my sanity without this. Battery doesn't last long if cutting through hard wood, make sure you have a back up on hand.

I’ve only used this saw three times for light demo work, cutting through some 30‑year‑old dry T1‑11 panels, and my 5Ah battery barely lasts 15 minutes. This tool has been a disappointment — I wouldn’t recommend buying it.

This Dewalt reciprocating saw outperformed my expectations. I cut through an old cast iron home radiator to remove it from a tough spot. The saw did a phenomenal job. I had a Hart brand and it broke in about 7 minutes. The Dewalt went hard for the duration about 45 minutes.
