Not secure

The secure screw isn't really secure and you have to get a subscription in order for it to record. I would like to see the company come out with a replacement security screw.

Simple and Functional

Super easy install. The set up guide was on point. I like the angled bracket so I could set it up to view the garage door as well as my cars in the driveway and on the street.

Waste of time!!!

Agreed to purchase TWO Chamberlain Garage Lifts. Used Lowes credit card to pay 9-11-2025. The rep Darius said it would be at the store for pickup in a week or less. drove to the store 9-18-2025 to be told that only 2 keypads were there and 1 open box store lift. Don't try and get it installed.

I don't know how the item works! I can't get a call back on why Installer hasn't come out. Keep getting the same run around answer that they will call by the end day, but never have. Still waiting!!!!!

I received this smart garage door opener in exchange for my honest review. When accepting this product, I referenced our current garage door opener brand and manufacture date. Works well. Fairly easy to install and pair.

Works as advertised. I verified I had a compatible opener, which isn't hard to do. The keypad is compatible with a wide range of openers, basically any Craftsman, LiftMaster, or Chamberlain opener made after 1993. The keypad will work without a myQ Hub. I paired mine directly to a LiftMaster opener. The instructions are reasonably clear once you identify what opener you have and the position of the Learn button on the opener. Overall, its a good camera and opener combo. The instructions are very good via QR code and make the install VERY easy to do. The system has a good picture quality and overall program. Obviously its more than the cost of a standard opener, but it seems to be worth it for the camera.
