Horrible Delivery

Delivery was suppose to be December 12th. No snow blower and no contact from anyone. I called Lowe’s and they wasn’t able to tell me anything at that time. Saturday still no delivery and we got 4-5 inches of Snow!!. But I spoke with someone at Lowe’s that told me the shipping number and the delivery company that was suppose to have delivered the snow blower along with their phone number. Worked fine until it didn't

Bought this 3 years ago and it worked fine one day and then the next day I had t go out and do more and it will no longer self-propel. It turns on fine. The snow throwing part works fine. It just won't move forward or backward. Bought it online and thought I'd always have a receipt to come back to, but Lowe's doesn't keep online order info after 2 years. Manufacturer won't help without a receipt, which I only found out after 4 hours of getting the runaround with their ridiculous customer service...

Works Perfect

This thing rocks! It went through 12.5 inches of snow in Cincinnati like it was nothing. I was hesitant to buy from some of the reviews, but I figured out these people did not set their machine up correctly. I had to adjust the side guides for height and fill up the tires with air when I received it. You cannot speed through the snow! Definitely would recommend. It is not a toaster out of the box. You have to set it up correctly. It was not very hard to do......

I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my previous Craftsman snowblower, which was ok and did its job, finally gave up after many years, I thought I should buy another one of the same, which I did in 2022, and now is 2025. This new one was weak from the start. It did not throw snow beyond a few feet and it died whenever I tried to take care of wet snow. every year it got worse. Great value for the money

I have used it twice. Each time it started with 1-2 pulls, even at 4° F. It didn't especially like 20-24 inches of snow with a crust on top, but I was at my remote cabin and didn't have a lot of choice. It did the job with a couple of passes. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles the expensive machines do, but it does the job. I highly recommend this machine.

Delivery Estimation A Little Off

Ordered snowblower that was out of stock. In checking back with the website, new purchasers were told possibly available on Saturday. Then the emails said estimated delivery date Tuesday. So in Tuesday, I check and it say Estimated delivery Wednesday. Lowe’s did not email me that the delivery date changed. Were I employed, this would be a big deal , arranging for Tuesday to be off. Same machine, newer model

This replaces the same machine that I bought 20 years ago - that one finally gave up the ghost. This is pretty much the same, a bit lighter, but appears to be the same product. The other one came with the charging cord if needed, this one does not. Also, the plastic bag containing the manuals was left outside somewhere and they arrived drenched . . . two days to dry out and can now be read. Disappointing that Lowes would do that.

Stay away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this snow blower to replace a craftsman that I had for thirty years. It starts up fine idol's fine. But as soon as you hit snow, it has no power to throw snow or drive forward or reverse. Extremely weak One of the worst craftsmen's I ever bought.

Great Thrower

Thanks to limited snow, it took a while before I needed it. But when finally used this morning, it started on one pull and blazed through my snow drifts of 3" to over 12" in places. As it is like my old Storm 2410, no real learning curve needed on controls. Serns like a well built machine fir the reasonable cost.
