Avoid At All Cost - Complete Transmission Failure

I purchased a Craftsman T3200 in April of 2022, expecting a machine that would last for years with proper care. Instead, it has turned into a massive disappointment. First Arrived Defective - Replaced 3 days later

The first mower arrived defective. The OSR didnt work (neither does it really work on the new one but I disengaged that this time - its simple), and the brake was only used for parking yet the day of pick up and exchange it broke too - but on first use, having done half my yard, the belt bound, smoked, and snapped - I suspect it was improperly assembled. Craftsman = Trash

This mower was delivered to my home on 4/16/2025 without a key and a flat tire. Not a huge deal. I spent some money on fix a flat and got it to seal up so the tire would hold pressure. Then I had to go in to town to Lowes to pick up the key. Not a huge deal like I said, mistakes happen. This mower did fine all last summer. A Few Things to Check

The tire pressure from the factory is 2.5 X higher than MAX. They do this to keep from getting flat spots on the tires. Bleed down and set to ~10psi back and ~15psi front. The seat had 3 loose bolts and was wobbling. The decals were bubbled and loose. Other than that it was a very good experience and excellent product.

The mower was used the day it was purchased. The maneuverability around the trees and bushes helped accomplish the mowing in less time.

Easy on line purchase n delivery

Delivery was great kept us updated on the time, they walked the tractor up the driveway which wasn’t easy. But they were so nice to my sister when they delivered. A 10 all the way

Paint bubbles

The first mower that was delivered had air bubbles under the paint along the entire left side of the hood. Returned/exchanged for new one which was delivered the following week in perfect condition.

They will sell things that won’t be compatible

The lawnmower is great. But the bagger attachment they sold me is the wrong one, when I returned with the issue there employees weren’t able to remedy the situation. And referred me to Craftsman . After 1 hr on the phone and 4 different people couldn’t help me either, tried telling me that I didn’t understand the instructions. I tried to get the person to pull up the instructions on the computer and read step one They were unable to help me also. So I spent a couple days fabricating this unit ...
