Plastic casters

This is a well built toolbox the only thing I don’t like are the plastic casters

Sometimes things don't go as they should but it's more about how you handle the situation than often times the situation itself. A lot of people could learn from these two gentlemen. great product, did not get a 5 due to a number of dents in the product when we unpacked it at home.

Heirloom tool chest!

Awesome garage addition. Only had to attach the wheels, had room for all my gear, and room to grow! Drawer selection with the soft close is top notch. Great quality, will last a lifetime!

Bad assembly & issue remediation.

The cabinet seems fine, but it arrived with one wheel not actually screwed on. I also suspect the other wheels are not properly assembled and could lack screws. I asked for a minor discount on chat and got the run-around. I was offered a swap 2 weeks out or a technician to come out. I would have fixed this myself if I was given a minor discount to get screws! Now I have to wait for a technician, whose compensation I'm sure, will outweigh a few screws!

Dented

So mad that it was horribly dented and too big for me to return to the store again. I picked my purchase up and it took me too trips and about 3 hours altogether. When I went to pick up my items, the box for the bottom cabinet was best up badly and I didn't want a dented tool chest combo forever, the other one I brought home was badly dented at the top right side of the cart on the back of it. The dent affected whether I could attach the push handle.

Good toolbox for the price (if it’s on sale!)

Overall a solid tool box for the price. Feels a little flimsier than some of the nicer boxes out there, but the drawers open and close easily enough, and the slow close feature is nice. Once it’s loaded and in place it functions just as well as the boxes that cost twice as much. Assembly was easy and straightforward (wheels and a handle).
