I am very disappointed in Bosch products. We bought a dishwasher about 7 years ago and works great as a result when we redid our kitchen we bought all Bosch appliances. This refrigerator is very easy to clean and keep clean. I like the configuration of this refrigerator and freezer spaces. I don't like there isn't a separate button to turn off the ice maker to stop making ice. In order to use the water dispenser the automatic ice dispenser is required to be on. Do not buy this refrigerator

After extensive problems with the first refrigerator, on 12/27/22 a warranty replacement of the same model B36CD50SNS was installed by the Bosch service provider. All was well for a couple of months and then we started having problems with the ice maker. We had a warranty service call on 2/10/23. Frustration

It’s Bosch - quality is really there

So, my old Bosch died after 13 years. I love these refrigerators, especially the way they keep produce fresh for 2-3 times what any other brand can do. So, why 4 stars instead of 5? Built to last and excels at keeping food fresh

This Bosch was purchased to replace our previous Bosch which was starting to fail after 13 years of service. Over those 13 years, we only needed to change the door seals. Just like our previous one, the 500 Series Bosch is a good refrigerator - not perfect - but definitely one that I will be happy with.
