Great griddle; would like better heat dispersion

We have been using a Coleman portable two burner grill with a stove top griddle for the longest time. Most of my family has a blackstone grill and have had high ratings for them. We broke down and got one and we really like it so far. Some things that i have learned. 1. Don't try to cook too much. The limited space on the surfaces doesn't all get cooking hot so real estate becomes a premium. 2. Windy days are NOT your friend. Portable grill

Very nice Grill easy to use easy to set up. But the need for only small bottles of propane is very inconvenient and very expensive. There should either be an adapter to use on a full size tank. Or at least a way to hook it up to a full-size. Other than that.

Good flat griddle

I was camping and my neighbor had a Blackstone griddle, and he couldn't stop talking about it. So I went into research mode. Great camping griddle!

Had a Blackstone Tailgater that seemed perfect for camping with our RV. Worked great until any breezes kicked up, which made it useless. The grill and griddle couldn’t stay hot enough to cook. The problem was that the undersides of either one are open to the air and it would kill the heat or blow out the burners. Gave it away ($200 down the drain) and bought this one. Not Completely Satisfied

I purchase it at Lowes to take with us on our 1st trip in our new Airstream. I assembled the grill according to instructions. Right away I observed that the control knob seemed loose and wobbly and the lid of the grill would catch when raising. I seasoned the grill according to instructions. This griddle has been a perfect addition to our travel trailer due to the size and storage ability. We purchased the stand and travel bag for it as well, and it stays with the camper year-round. It’s perfect for our family of 3…and even works well if we have guests!
