Service in the Somerset Kentucky store is awful 😢

Material was what we expected, it would be nice if we could get some assistance in the Somerset Kentucky store to help with what we need to install the product. We have been there 4 different times, waiting for 1 plus hour each time and to no avail no assistance ever received.

Bought this sample to help decide on new rec room ceiling. Small sample size makes it hard to visualize but was able to compare to other samples in the line. Constructed well and solid. Should make for a distinctive ceiling.

Samples a must before plank order

Ordered several of these ceiling plank samples but this one came slightly chipped. Might be due to the painted surface. Was still good to view the color and texture of the sample plank.

might collect dust and be hard to clean

This ceiling plank sample actually does have a woven texture to it. after seeing it and feeling it I'll probably choose something else

Not high quality

We ordered a sample since they don’t carry this in the store. Don’t waste your time, it’s pressed cardboard with paint on it. We opted for real tongue and groove

Nice looking and sturdy but not heavy

Thin but sturdy, lite weight enough for glue, attractive wood grain

Wood pattern not very attractive

Very thick tile, also very porous which we thought might lead to holding odors

Might be too heavy for glue

Seemed too heavy for ceiling use if gluing. Pattern was nice
