Bought these several months ago but only now am I about to start using them. Not going to lie, not looking forward to it after reading all the reviews about chipping, sticking, etc. Will hope for the best!

Great Quality Ceramic Fry Pan Set

I’ve only used these pans a short time, but first impression is really positive. They feel sturdy and well made, not flimsy like a lot of nonstick pans. The ceramic surface heats evenly and eggs slid right off with very little oil, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Surprisingly terrible

Despite the description stating “German engineered,” these are made in Vietnam. Deceptive given their knives are made in Germany. Once you receive the pans, you will see that it says you have to use butter/oil to prevent sticking. This is ridiculous given that non-stick is meant to remove the need for fat for healthier cooking. Also, it says they are not meant for high heat, which again is ridiculous. No other ceramic pans I have ever seen or purchased have had either “requirements.” Worse, as ...

So Far So Good!

So far so good. I understand there are conditions that degrade the non stick effectiveness over time. I'm following all of the suggested care instructions. I like the feel and the weightiness of them.

Don’t do it

I’ve had these pans for less than a year. The ceramic is chipping, and anything I cook sticks to them. They have never been used on more than medium heat, always with olive oil. Never put in a dishwasher, always hand washed. I can’t help but think all these positive reviews are falsely generated—I found a lot of truth in Reddit reviews after purchasing! Works like a charm

Foods stick without excess oil when frying.

Solid heavy pans. Eggs stick to pan bottom without excessively amounts of oil/butter. After removing fried eggs have to scrape bottom of pan to remove remaining egg.

Nonstick coating doesn’t last long!

The pans are beautiful and sturdy HOWEVER I had them for two weeks and one already has a damaged coating. I used mostly medium heat and always oil/butter prior to use. The coating didn’t last after the first few uses and customer service is refusing to replace it. I’ll stick to All- Clad. My first experience with Zwilling product and sadly my last

These are great pans and used daily will last about 10 years.

Ceramic non-stick works really well without worry.

These pans are heavy and perform beautifully. Scrambled eggs come right off. Handle stays cool, sides are sloped nicely it is easy to slide your omelet out. The ceramic coating is tough, you can use any type of utensil. I have an induction cook top and it works perfectly. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. No harmful chemicals were used in the making of these pans, so you don't have to worry.
