Best knives for the money on the market

This is my second set of Zwilling Pro knives. The first set I had was slightly different than this and I added knives over the years. I had them for 10 years, before they were lost in a house fire. It's been a year and half since I had these, and I've struggling with cheap knives. Just got these and I have to say, a world of difference than the cheap knives. Satisfying purchase!

This knife set is very sharp and useful for every type of cooking. It is also aesthetically pleasing. I wouldn’t recommend washing it in a dishwasher even though it’s dishwasher safe because I ruined my previous set after the dishwasher made it dull.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's too early to give a review, but while cleaning the new knives, I sliced my finger without even noticing it because they were that sharp. My wound skin sticking well, healed well and quickly because of the clean cut. I am satisfied.

Craftmanship in Cutlery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautifully crafted, and the swept-back bolster allows for excellent control and feel. I've had a Professional S chef's knife for 22 years and it still works well to this day. These newer blades are lighter and the spine is a little thinner, but technology - and blade making - moves on after a couple decades. Once I got used to the new weight and slightly different blade profile, they glide along beautifully.

A must have for your kitchen.

Bought this set for my wife for our anniversary. When she opened the box, she was amazed on the beauty of the wood block. The weight of each knife is absolutely perfect, and I am amazed on how well balanced they are. Forge blades are the way to go. Money well spent as these will be a long-time investment.
